Hi I’m Nicola, and I’d love to help you get started in the lash industry!

A course just like this changed my life 8 years ago, and it’s my mission to help as many women as I can to change their lives too.

Originally from the UK, I worked in a law firm after completing a law degree until I had my two children. I knew I wanted to do something other than being a mum, but going back to work full time just wasn’t an option for me. I craved work/life balance and returning to the corporate world and all it entails didn’t hold any appeal.

I wanted something with flexibility, something I could work around my family, and be my own boss. I'd always loved getting my lashes done, and thought it would be fun to do this myself.  So I completed a Classic Lash Extension Course, and Lash Me Up was born!

Initially I was planning to use the money I made to convert my law degree across to Australia, but I quickly realised this was actually something I loved doing. I’m passionate about helping women look and feel amazing, and my legal background was a great help in turning this into a “real” business.

In 2017 our family moved to Australia, and I continued lashing from home, and leasing my first space in 2019.

I now have a salon in Cleveland, Bayside Brisbane, with a team as passionate as I am, providing lashes, brows, and beauty services to women from all walks of life.

 I created the Lash Me Up Training Academy to empower women just like you with the skills and knowledge to be able to create an income for themselves as a lash artist, and to provide ongoing support and a safe uplifting community.

Lash Me Up Training Academy is an accredited lash academy. With over 9 years in the industry, we’ll teach you how to become the best, save you making the same mistakes we did and support you on your new journey.

You will learn everything you need to know from how to begin, how to lash, health & safety and how to build your business.
